Dear Sea Brook Place Members,

As you all are well aware by now, RCI Painting started all building painting January 18, 2022. Here are some things to be considered to help you all prepare for the painting process: if you have a screen enclosure, some of the screen panels will need to be cut so painters can access the 2^nd floor walls.  If you do not have a contractor to cut the screens, then RCI Painters can cut screen for you.  You will have to provide them authorization to cut.  Please have all the items in the front patio area removed so the painters can move their ladders around freely and safely.  If you have potted plants, please remove them from the patio area.  Also, any trees and/or bushes inside the patio or outside along the fence or walls will need to be trimmed back 6 to 8” off the walls and/or fence.
